I recently became a vegetarian, and now my cuticles are gross from the lack of salt. I would include a picture but it didn't come up on camera. They're basically peeling off of my nails. Any products to fix this?

You should take biotin vitamins or you could apply keratin serum to your nails maybe

More than likely, it's a lack of protein. I would look into some protein supplements (powders or food combining). Maybe read up on a more balanced vegetarian diet, so your hair, skin and nails don't suffer. Hair, skin and nails are the last to get the nutrients from your diet.
