Hey everyone so I have a major problem and that's I can never get my hair to look good, no matter what. my hair won't straighten and is always dead looking. when I braid it it looks gross and when I put it in a pony it's just a poofy mess. any suggestions for hairstyles/things to make it better.

I have had poofy hair all my life and these things have helped a tonne:
Mark Hill Miracoilicious Argan Oil shampoo
Loreal Pure Sleek Sulphate Free Shampoo
Macadamia Deep Repair Mask
Keune Balm Conditioner
Aussie 3 minute miracle deeep conditioner
DIY MASK: equal parts honey and yoghurt with a tsp of any hair oil that you have
stop using heat tools for a while..and let me know if all or any of these work for you :)

You need to invest in a really good deep conditioner, braid your hair tightly while it's wet or damp and it will train your hair to dry against, or put it in a tight neat bun while damp and you will have loose waves while dried and you will have an easier base to deal with if you have hair you want to straighten I have both Argan oil and Moroccan oil get the Argan oil it works and smells the same as the name brand, also please cut 3 inches or even 2 off If it's dead looking never hold on to dead ends for length if you are your hair always looks better and is more manageable after a cut for a reason.
