Best Eyeshadow Primer?

The urban decay eyeshadow primer potion is awesome.

Well, I use the Urban Decay limited edition one in ENIGMA. It's not only a primer, but it covers discoloration. So, I think it's thicker and drier than the regular Primer potion. When I run out of ENIGMA, I'm going back to Mac Paint Pot in OCHRE.
