If you aren't already using a long-wearing type of foundation I would highly suggest switching to one.
A good drugstore one=L'oreal Infallible Pro Matte
Higher end= MAC pro longwear nourishing Waterproof foundation
Or the Estée Lauder double wear.
I'd also suggest the Smashbox photo finish light primer. It's the water based one, works great at helping makeup last longer and look fresh.
Then I'd be sure to get a good setting spray. The PPI sealing spray is great. I would suggest their blue one (water based) for everyday use but I prefer the green one (alcohol based) for when I really need my makeup to stay on

I agree with Aurora :) and I wanted to add you can pick up mac fix plus and spray your face with it during the day! It makes you feel extra fresh!

I like the Mac Fix + as well, however if you're having problems with being too shiny maybe some blotting papers or some translucent powder to touch up every now and then. We do expect our makeup to last but you described what I would consider "extenuating circumstances" so sometimes ya just have to touch it up. :)

When I did a stint working in the kitchen of an Italian restaurant (complete with scorchingly hot pizza oven), I wore Makeup Forever's Mat Velvet+ and spritzed with MUFE's Mist & Fix. I'd do maybe one touch up with blotting papers during my shift. There are a lot of newer products out there now, but that's what worked well for me. Good luck!
