So girls I live in Italy and when a friend went to US he got me the Dipbrow Pomade in Taupe. I was very disappointed because it is so dry I can't even apply it, the final result is horrible. Reccommendations? Suggestions? Have you had the same issue?

They do dry out if they've been sitting on the shelf too long or if you forget to replace the cap. Anastasia herself recommends adding a drop or two of baby oil or any kind of beauty oil to it when it gets dry. I usually use Tarte maracuja oil or Smashbox Primer oil. I've had my first dipbrow for well over a year and it's still going strong because I refresh it every couple months. Another way to prevent it from getting dry is by storing it upside down

It was already dry first time I opened it. Thanks :)

I've had my dipbrow since October and have no problems with it! I definitely don't recommend it for "drawing" you're eyebrows because they'll come out looking like sharpies. I usually fill mine in with Brow wiz then sharper the edges with my dipbrow. I store it upside down and it hasn't dried out yet luckily lol.

Try adding a couple of drops of oil, I've seen that recommended before and it seems to salvage them :)

Seems to be like you got a bad one... I change my hair color a lot so I have about four of them and never had a dry issue. Also the one I have that I bought when it first came out is still perfect; I'm not even great about tightening the lid but I used some of it the other day and it was still like how it was when I bought it... Not saying that they won't dry out though! I just mean, that it seems like you got a dud...

Same thing happened to me! I don't know if you can get inglot in Italy, but if you can I highly suggest the duraline drops. they're about 12$ USD. They revamp cream products and can also be used to turn powder into a gel liner.
