Avon gel super shock is quite good but I suffer the same problem!! I want one that lasts all night without reapplying!!!

mac technakohl liner in graphblack is only $15, it's not like it's that much more than a drustore one, and it stays on my waterline perfectly. I think it's so underrated. It's my hg eyeliner.

Urban decay eyeliner is really good but don't put eyeliner right on your waterline because it will fade from the moisture and irritate your eye.
