I'm looking for a new eyeshadow palette. I have the Naked palettes 1&3. I want one that has more neutral colors that are matte colors rather than glittery/metallic. What are some good palettes??

If you like the quality of urban decay decay shadows then I would recommend the naked basics palettes. If you are looking for more affordable yet quality.shadows, try the physicians formula quads. The canyon classics palette is cool toned and the other one (sorry, I can't remember the name!) is more warm toned.

I love the quality of Lorac palettes! My newest palette from Lorac is the Lorac pro and it has a row of shimmers and a row of mattes and all the colors are pretty much neutral!

I've heard pretty good things about the it cosmetics naturally pretty palette, all matte shadows with a good formula :)
