I have tried everything to get rid of my black heads and I just can't seem to get rid of them. I have tried cleansing wipes to get rid of them a face wash and pore strips and I haven't seen any difference. I don't know what to do any more!

One way that works is to squeeze lemon juice onto a cotton ball and place it on your nose for 20 min. Do this once a day for a week and you'll see them disappear.

Do not use lemon juice on your face! It will make your face even worse. Where are your blackheads at? If it is on our nose it may not be blackheads.

Blackheads need to be targeted deep inside the pore in order to disappear. The only thing that has ever helped for me is using a BHA. If you could incorporate one into your skincare routine, that should help, I recommend the paula's choice bha 2% salicylic acid. If your concern turns out to be what Sarah mentioned (sebaceous filaments), the bha won't be able to completely get rid of them, but still help a lot in reducing them and making the pores appear smaller.

I agree with I C... lemons does wonders to your skin they even out the skin tone and add a glow to your face.
To wade off the blackheads all you need is to slice a lemon add some amount of sugar to one half and scrub your nose using soft strokes.I use this remedie twice or thrice a week...its amazing!!give it a try!!

Soap and glory scrub your nose in it...awesome stuff!
also I have tried lemon and salt scrub...its amazing but its harsh as others mentioned..it will get rid of blackheads but it makes your skin look like it went through a hard time...maybe just use it once a week? and oh don't go out in the sun after applying lemon juice!
