Those are acne scars - they happen when the acne hasn't healed properly so it leaves a scar - the scar may heal on its own depending on your skin but it could take a long time - I use a vitamin c serum on my scars but since these are newer you can also try some neosporin and see if that does the trick

This happens to me sometimes. When you wax you need to be sure your skin and hands are clean.
Then, after you've waxed the area try gently applying using tea tree oil or witch hazel in the direction of hair growth and avoid touching the area since any more irritation can cause breakouts so don't touch your skin with your hands.
As for the hyperpigmentation try a chemical exfoliant or a brightening/dark spot correcting product.
You could try a vitamin C based product, retinol, Kojic acid, licorice root extract, Arbutin, glutathione, AHAs etc
It all depends on your own skin type and preference.
I personally liked the Retinol serum from Sally's beauty supply, I noticed that when I used it, it made my hyperpigmentation fade quickly and I used it in conjunction with a brightening cream on my hyperpigmentation like nadinola which I got from Walmart for less than $6
And my dark spots started fading within a few days and was completely gone in about 2 1/2 weeks normally it would be there for months
