I think there's a nail Polish by Sally Hansen that is a growth/strengthening Polish. But if you have a problem with biting them, you can always paint them prettily or buy a Polish which tastes disgusting as it'll stop you from biting them. If you're allowed (I don't know your age but you look very young) you could try fake nails (I wouldn't recommend gels or acrylics as they're damaging but glue on should be okay) as they'll give your nails a chance to grow

I had the same exact problem. don't pick on them or bite on them. I used the Burts bees lemon cuticle cream and it really helped!

I have the Sally Hansen strengthening polish and I personally don't think it's worth the money, it has done nothing for me except make my nail polish peels off when I have that as a base coat.
