I'd go to a professional. For a slight lightening you could try highlights?

I would definitely suggest going to a professional and getting subtly lightet highlights depending on your current hair color!

I recommend getting a balayage...It can be varied depending on how intensely you want the hair to be lighter plus it's super low maintenance.

I used a daily routine of camomile tea and lemon-juice. I suggest looking up "natural hair lightening" on Pinterest as that's where I found my recipes.
