I love the Maybelline fit me concealer and the age rewind for under the eyes! Jordana has cool lip liners and awesome mascaras for dirt cheap! Milani has some gorgeous blushes and gorgeous lip choices, Wet n wild matte lipsticks are great and have lots of dupes for MAC colors!

I'm more on the oily side than dry so I'll refrain from face products.
Lip products, I adore Milani, Revlon, Loreal and wet n wild. Maybelline is nice, too. Maybelline has bomb mascaras, but the two that steal my heart are loreal (butterfly and voluminous original). Blushes, Milani forsure. Eyeliner, Liquid and gel -> Rimmel scandal eyes

Loreal voluminous mascara in carbon black is my absolute holy grail. I've tried almost every high end mascara and still come back to this one.
Agreed with Kitty. I love the fit me concealer and age rewind. Those and the NYX HD concealer are my fave drugstore concealers.
I don't really wear drugstore foundation because I find I'm always picking the wrong shade so I can't be of any help with foundation.
I heard Milani came out with new liquid lipsticks that are great quality and dupes of Kat Von D.

Any Rimmel waterproof mascara, Scandaleyes Waterproof shadow sticks Hardcandy Glamoflauge Heavy Duty Concealer, it's amazing and set with a little powder it stays on forever, Nyc Smooth Bronzer, I believe it's called, Wet n Wild Megalast Lipsticks, stays on me at least 6 hrs. plus they're matte.

The milani liquid lipsticks are bomb! I have most of them so far and am obsessed. they don't feel dry at all yet look so matte. they also smell amazing! definitely recommend. I also love Loreals telescopic mascara, my Ultimate fav!
