Hello everyone:) I have some pretty dark acne scars all over my face. I am tired of them and having it look like I have acne when it's just dark marks. I hear the arnica is supposed to be good at fading them. I was wondering what kind of arnica is good for them? I saw a topical ointment but it's for bruises and muscle pain. And then there was a pill form, but it supposedly "flushes you out" and I really don't want that. Anyone any ideas? Thanks:):)

I've never heard of arnica but what I used that actually worked to drastically reduce the appearance of my acne scars was a BHA exfoliant paired with a vitamin c serum - I have photos on my profile of my results - I used products by paulas choice at first - but you can use any brand you want and any chemical exfoliant you want as well - it's the vitamin c serum that really does the trick and you need something with at least 10% ascorbic acid as the active ingredient - and for exfoliants you can use a BHA or AHA depending on your skin type

I've been using these two oils as my treatment step before my moisturizer. First is the timeless c, e, ferulic serum that rozberry recommended me. My face looks much brighter... Of course you would have to apply morning and night on a freshly clean and toned face before moisturizer. I really love this brand specially. This is 20% L-ascorbic acid, which is awesome!

The other thing I'm using recommended by kitty from beautylish here also is squalane facial oil. (sold here on BL) it is the most oiless oil I have ever used. It absorbs very quickly unlike any other oils such as sweet almond oil, coconut oil, or jojoba. I'm new to this squalane but this should also fade dark spots and here is the link:

Make sure you are also wearing sunblock/sunscreen everyday! This will help your dark spots to not get darker also!
