You could try a fake tanning lotion for your body but I don't know how your rosacea would react to it so for your face I would suggest a bronzer made for sensitive skin types like by coverFX, Clinique, or tarte - otherwise my skincare routine right now consists of using the cetaphil gentle skin cleanser, the aloe based toner by the body shop, and the yes to carrots moisturizer with SPF - if I have breakouts I'm using a tea tree oil spot treatment and alternating with the juice beauty blemish serum and switching to the juice beauty oil free moisturizer with the neutrogena clear face SPF - I have combo/oily sensitive acne prone skin with psoriasis.

I think most girls who self tan their body, don't like to tan their face. You could color correct your rosacea & then use a darker foundation and or bronzer to match your body.

I also have rosacea and I'm currently on an antibiotic 2x a day for a month to help with it. I also have extremely sensitive skin. I use a self tanner here and there but, for the most park wear an spf.
My routine is, at night when I take of my makeup I use coconut oil, washe with Neutaagena (sp?) acne wash, Timeless Matrxyl 3000 and then Cetephil cream. 2x a week I use Retin a for acne and then the morning is just Acne wash, Timeless and Cetephil + SPF.
