I would go for a red. I've seen red hair and blue eyes and I think it's such a stunning combination. Well atleast that's what I would do if I had blue eyes haha. Bit if you want to stick with a brown color I'd say go for like a chocolate brown.

And if you still want to experiment with grey, if suggest adding some extensions. (They don't have to be long unless you want longer hair) but if you just add a few tracks throughout your hair it would be a nice look. Or you can always go for a wig, or quick weave cap. That way your not damaging your hair, because getting to grey will be tough. Plus once you get over the look, you will wish you hadn't took the long process to make it permanent.
