Hey everyone so for a while my hair was pretty soft and healthy but lately it's been acting all weird. instead of doing a bunch of different things I'm going to just put them all in this one. so the first one is whenever I would bleach my hair it would be kinda grey and ashy blonde but it would always fade into a weird orangey one, even tho I used purple shampoo. my hair is ombré now and it was a pretty dark brown into almost a grey blonde. it's totally faded into the orangey color. how can I fix it?
also my hair keeps falling out! it used to be super thick but now hair just fall out in handfuls and is super thin. how can I fix that?
I'm a competitive dancer and competition hair uses a lot of hairspray and gel and takes days to get out of my hair and leaves it feeling really gross. what can I do?
also my hair is really dry and I've tried leave in conditioner and hair masks and all that but nothing works. how can I restore the shine and softness?
ok last question, I want to get some nice clip in hair extensions. I was going to get some from like Bella mi or Luxy hair but I looked on one of their websites and I couldn't find a good match, and I don't know how to tell if they would match my hair. is there a way I could find out if it would match? thanks!!

From all this information... your hair is very much damaged and unhealthy. Have you tried fixing it from the inside out? Pretty much adding more salmon and eggs and all that stuff that's good for your hair into your diet? If not, add more of that in every meal. If you haven't already, water therapy! Try drinking ONLY water right now. Of course though maybe juice every once in a while but make sure it's the actual stuff. No additives or anything like that. As for the hairspray problem, go ahead and do what your doing and since you said the hairspray takes days to wash out, it's fine to shampoo everytime you shower until it's all out. I know usually shampooing your hair everyday is a bad thing but the only exception would be for constant hair product use. Everytime there is even a little bit of product in your hair you HAVE to wash it out or else it can create more damage leaving even a small amount in there. As long as you condition every time! And make sure your leaving the conditioner in your hair for atleastca minute or so depending on how much help your hair needs. And since uou are a competitive dancer, keep stress levels low. That amount of exercise from dancing may be too much if your not relaxing and using that time to drink up a lot of water. And is it hot where you are? If it is right now and you can't keep getting into the shower to atleast cool off tour hair (because it definitely needs it) then spray water on it so whenever you feel it getting dry so it still has that moisture until you get home and pamper it. And as for clip ins... I would NOT recommend it right now with the state your hair is in. The clips can still damage your hair and make it worse.
