I am super pale and I frequently find even the palest foundation in any given range makes me look like an oompa loompa, I am currently LOVING the L'Or?al infallible 24 hour matte in 10 porcelain which for the is the lightest one in that range, however it is as the title says a matifying foundation and I would love something a little more dewy as well. I have clear skin if a little on the dry but not flakey side and a neutral skin tone with slight pinks and yellows. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated as I really love my pale skin but just struggle to find a foundation that isn't one or two shades lighter than my skin.

Have you tried the L'orèal true match super Blendable foundation?
I've heard C1 and W1 match quite a few paler girls a lot of them liking W1 more because of its slight yellow tones that help cancel pinkness in cheeks and such.
It's a semi matte foundation
There's also the brand Rimmel London which I believe is an English brand so they tend to have more fair shades.
If not then you could always buy a pure white product to mix with your favorite foundations to lighten the color.
Many different brands have these products from cream ones, water based liquids, silicone based liquids so you can find a formula that's compatible with your foundation.
Usually a silicone based one would work since a lot of foundations are silicone based.

I would definitely try the L'Oreal true match and born this way by TooFaced!
Or if you want a more dewy finish and still use the pro matte, get the L'Oreal lumi primer and mix it in with the foundation!

If you aren't able to find a Dewey foundation in your skin tone, sometimes a matte foundation with the right highlighter In the right places gives the same effect🙃

You can also try mixing drops, I know Manic Panic sells one that everyone seems to love, I believe The Body Shop makes one too. That way if you find a foundation you love, just mix in a few drops to get it to your color!

I really like rcma in ivory, it matches my skin perfectly. I wouldn't say it's Dewy, but it's not completely matte either..it's more natural looking and if I want a dewy look then I will apply a illuminator over the top of this foundation. you can also order samples to see if it's something you like or not..I also really liked nars sheer glow.

I just found Rimmel clean finish in true ivory, which is light enough for me. It is sheer coverage and semi-matte.
