Hair and Makeup for Prom??

So prom is tomorrow and I have a hair appointment at 2. I have mediumish length hair since I got it cut not too long ago. I also have a very minimal idea of what to do with my makeup! I do have very dark brown eyes that are pretty hooded if this helps. If you have any tips or ideas please share! My dress is attached incase it helps at all:)(It's black with aqua and silver beading).
