Anton have any recommendations on primers? I have a super oily tzone, dry-normal on my cheeks. I normally use smash box photofinish, but lately it's been breaking down on me and still leaves me oily. I've tried baby face.. Makes me break out. Tried the benefit one and it leaves me oily. I oxidize foundation so I need a silicone based primer.. Please help :(

I believe those are all silicone based and most silicone based ones, I find, don't work quite as good for oily skin but that's just with my experience with the ones I've tried.
The Smashbox Photo Finish Light is water based and works really good and actually helps with oily skin better than the original. It's very lightweight and really helps with the longevity of foundation that would otherwise be effected by skins natural oils.
If you're looking for a pore minimizer, the Smashbox one is great too.
It works as good as the Benefit but it works waaaayyyy better for oily skin.

Thank you my dear! I'll check that one out :) I have the smash box one for acne prone skin, as I break out really badly on my chin, so I mix a little bit with a normal primar and it seems to do well

I absolutely love the Hourglass Veil Mineral Primer. It's kinda pricey but in my experience it's worth the money. I bought the travel size since it's cheaper in January and I still have more than half a bottle (I don't wear makeup everyday but a couple times a week). Keeps my makeup in place, doesn't break down, fills pores, and keeps me matte longer than other primers I've used. I highly recommend it (:

I agree with the hourglass another good one is the mattifying primer by coverFX.

@Kaylah, I believe the photo finish light is marketed toward oily, acne prone or sensitive skin so it would be a good option :)

^ I've been using this primer with my Marc Jacobs Remarcable and MUFE Matte Velvet + foundations and it helps my foundation look like a dreams and helps its longevity (:.
I have oily skin and am acne prone and it doesn't break me out. And I've noticed that I don't ever really get as oily as I did when used other primers or no primer at all! Definitely check out Smashbox Photo Finish primer. It's freaking awesome!

Hourglass Veil Mineral Primer & Dr. Brandt Pores no More are both amazing for combo to oily skin. Dr. Brandt is oil absorbing but also moisturizing at the same time & makes my skin literally appear poreless (:
