I bought this at forever 21 but I really don't know what to wear with it. And can someone please recommend what type of bra to wear under as well!

If your style is like a tomboy you can wear high waisted white jeans or trousers or high waisted shorts and if your style is like girly girl then you can wear high waisted skater skirt ( I think that's what they call it ) basically anything high waisted

I think a white tennis skirt would look really cute with it, I have the American apparel ones which are really comfy but you can find plenty of cheaper alternatives (they really aren't worth the price!)
