It don't hurt at all. it's very simple to take care of just some water.

It does hurt a bit. Especially if you're new to piercings. It only hurts until they get the belly ring through, then it doesn't hurt after that. For some reason mine bled a lot, but I am pretty sure that's because the dumb broad pierced it crooked.
Make sure you go to a reputable place.
It isn't that hard to take care of. Just saltwater rinses. I used Bactine on mine though just to make sure it didn't get infected, because when I got it pierced it was hot, humid, and sweaty weather outside.
It's not that bad. :)
