I would recommend getting a good undereye concealer ideally one shade lighter than your skin tone to cover up the dark circles. To even up your skin tone, get a good foundation for your skin type I would recommend using a water based primer to hydrate your skin then a matte foundation and also setting powder to balance out your combination skin. Then I would recommend a concealer that is the same shade as your foundation to cover up your pimples.

I'd recommend a tinted moisturizer or a bb cream, and a lightly pink tinged concealer, and I'd get a overnight moisturizer and put that on, and if you have problems with creasing you can use eye primer or face primer. I'd recommend a skin matching concealer for the pimples.

Always take good care of your skin, because it is the basis of makeup application, at least in my opinion it is.
Also, blend for your life. You don't want to go around with obvious unleaded lines, unless you are aiming for that look.
Finally, less is more. it isn't about the quantity of makeup you can get on your face, but rather about the quality of how you apply it.
