1. Is it ok to not wear any makeup on your interview day or will they be more impressed if you wear makeup?

2. What makes Lancome famous compared to other companies like Estée Lauder or Clinique?

3. How should I do my hair?

1. I would wear makeup. Lancome are all about quite natural looking subtly glam so it doesn't have to be complicated.

2. I would say that Lancome is most known for its skincare. I'd research and see what their latest product launches are, see what makes them special.

3. Hair wise I'd tie it up, maybe a bun or a ponytail?

Hi guys, I went through the first interview yesterday and the interviewer said that I will get a second interview shortly with the Lancome manager I believe. I have a few questions:

1. What should I expect in the second interview?

2. Should I wear the same attire as I did in the first interview

3. What happens if you get in but you are not able to meet sales goal? Will you get fired? (This is really important because I'm planning to quit my current job for this job)
