I have stopped using any kind of heat on my hair for 3 weeks now. I have been doing over the night hair treatment once a week using castor oil jojoba oil and argan oil. My question is is that a good hair mask to use? I have frizz hair and I only wash my hair once to twice a week and I also use argan oil on it when it's dry.

All three of those are good for most hair. everyone's strands are different though, mine hates coconut oil for instance. if it's working it's definitely safe for your hair, but if not you could try to find a different mixture that has protien or something in it.

Castor oil can be somewhat drying - at least I find it so on my skin - but jojoba and argan are both great - I use both on my hair and I find it helps keep split ends from forming for a good 6 months to a year for my hair - and that's without getting a haircut in that time frame.

Try olive oil, coconut oil can actually strip natural oils which makes it good for oily skin cause it can help cut down natural oil.
Olive oil is a bit more nourishing. Make sure you're putting the oil on damp hair so that it "locks in" water and then you can add some heat so it softens up the hair

Here, I have seen that dedicated forum members have given valuable suggestion for your problem.
However, as per my experience, I will suggest using Bananas and almond's mixture, and you can easily make this mixture. If you think, it well, then tries this hair mask process.
1. At first, Mash up one banana next adds three drops almond oil into banana paste.
2. Then slowly massage your scalp with this paste.
3. Let it sit for about thirty minutes and after that wash your hair by shampoo.
