Dandruff or Product Build up?

I'm not sure if this is skin or hair sorry if input it in the wrong topic. Anyway, I just washed my hair yesterday and there are already flakes in my hair. I don't know if it's dandruff or product build up but I've tried three different shampoos and they all do the same. I've also made a diy clarifying shampoo but it didn't do much either.

I would suggest going to a local salon or beauty school and getting a scalp treatment. It will get all of that product, debris, and dandruff cleared up instantly. If follow up with a tea tree shampoo and conditioner, this will also help the dandruff stay gone.
