I've been struggling with learning to apply eyeshadow and I believe I'm starting to get the hang of it...I bought some mac brushes which makes a huge difference in blending...AMAZING...My question that I have today is what do you believe is the most pigmented eyeshadows?I prime my eyes with urban decay primer potion before I apply my eye shadow but the colors doesn't seem as vibrant as they do on others...I've been working with urban decay naked and naked 3...I'm also wondering if there it's any good advice on picking the right colors?

The top shadows on the market I think are Viseart and Natasha Denona. Rather pricey, you may want to start with something like MakeupGeek. Those shadows have long been my favorite and I keep going back to. Amazing price for amazing quality. Anastasia Beverly Hills also makes great shadows. To take the price point down a little further, maybe Stila.
As far as how to choose your color, it all depends on your skin tone, eye color, and hair color. Just be sure the undertones all work in harmony. :)

I have purchased my first viseart palette (dark matte) and I'm just blown away by its quality that I honestly haven't used my other loved palettes :( lol I'm honestly questioning my eyeshadow palette collection because I feel like they're garbage compared to viseart. It's probably why I haven't bought anymore... Saving for another viseart It's expensive yes but it's well worth the money

Too Face and Lorac are my favorite eyeshadow brands. Most of their palettes are in the $40 range. I'm not sure if they sell single colors or not.

Lorac Pro Pallet, Urban Decay Vice 4 and Anastasia of BH I find to be the most pigmented overall out of the pallets I own. As far as the Naked pallet goes... I love half baked on the lid, naked in the crease dark horse on the outer V and the white shade as my highlighter right under the brow bone. One of my favorite fun go to looks. Watch some You Tube tutorials on both of your Naked pallets, you will find you can create some beautiful looks.

Oh and if your not getting enough pigmentation try pressing the powder onto your lids instead of sweeping it across. That might help build the colors and make them more vibrant for you.
