The exact opinion as Jasmine. You have to moisturize your lips really well before so it does no dry your lips. I also don't like that, even if it's a thin layer, you can feel it all the time. They are good but I think there are other matte lip products

I have quite a few of them and I love them. They're actually the one liquid lipstick I don't find drying and I don't feel on my lips. I can put it on in the morning, eat, drink etc, and not have to reapply till at least 12 hours later and only in the very center. They're so comfortable I forget I'm wearing them and I don't feel like they dry my lips out as much as most liquid lipsticks or even regular lipsticks tend to.

I just recently bought a few after all the good things people do on here were saying about them - and I honestly have a slightly different opinion!
I agree that they are very comfortable to wear and doesn't feel that drying. But in my opinion they do not stay on as long as I would expect a liquid lipstick to - I have to have it with me to touch up through out the day which I don't have to with my Jeffree Star or La Splash liquid lipsticks! The KVD liquid lipsticks last a little longer then a normal matter lipstick - I would say you get about 4 good hours before you have to touch up - if you only drink! if you eat you will have to touch up after that!

I still think these lipsticks are good but they were not what I expected at all! And if I had known this about them I would probably not have bought them but I wo try have gotten more from Jeffree Star or another brand!

So I would say if you are looking for a truer liquid lipstick that will last you all day, you might get disappointed with the KVD ones. But if you just want a good lipstick with okay staying power that have beautiful colors and are comfortable to wear then these will be a good pick!

I love my KVD liquid lipsticks definitely more than the ABH. A liquid lipstick is just going to be dry, but the ABH isn't quite as uncomfortable. The Dose of Colors are ok, they feel comfortable, but out of the three I feel like those stay on the least. I haven't tried the Jeffree Star, looks like that's my next purchase!

I own 2 and I really love them! I wore one yesterday, applied it around 1130, and when I got home 12 hrs later, I still had a nice stain to my lips. I exfoliate before I use them, when it's time to take it off my lips feel slightly dry, but during the day they are comfortable.

I tried one, but returned it. The staying power was weak, compared to my fave, Lime Crime's Velvetines. I may try a different shade to see if I got a badly formulated color, but for now my opinion is there are better options out there.

Out of all the liquid lips I own, they definitely have the best staying power! I mean they literally don't budge for me alllll day (unless I have greasy food and then may need a touch up, but thats expected). However, they are the most drying on my lips. My Jeffree Star, Anastasia Beverly Hills, NYX liquid lips, Dose of Colors, Limecrime, even have some Kylie Lip Kits...all those are much less drying on my lips and they last beautifully too for hours!! I will also say, with some of my KVD colors (like L.U.V. and A Go Go) I may have to apply two coats, where as with my others like Dose, J.Star and ABH, one sweep out of the tube and its good to go! But that could just be that lighter KVD colors need two coats. Idk. that may just be me! Nevertheless, KVD is definitely a good brand of liquid lips, very pigmented, amazing staying power, and a good color range. It's just they seem to be the dryest formula of all the liquid lips I have. Nothing a lip scrub and a little balm underneath can't fix I suppose, which is what I do anyway with any liquid lip.

I'm confused on some people saying they are "drying" because they are the exact opposite. I can't ever feel them on my lips.
feels like nothing is on my lips.
that's the main reason I love them.
I never have to moisturize my lips before applying it.

I like them.
I think she has lovely colors and enjoy them very much.
I do think there are better formulas, however. Jeffree Star, restock so I can break a no-buy with one damn liquid lipstick!

These are SO pigmented, they wear like a liquid matte lipstick...only $9.

I agree Rozberry. I think there are some gorgeous colors in her line and I like her lippies! But you're right in my opinion...there are better formulas out there which is what I was trying to get at in so many words haha. Still a good brand tho!
