Happy Easter! Here's my completed look with a first impression of the Kat Von D Chrysalis Palette!

Face:
-Hourglass Veil Mineral Primer
-Estée Lauder Double Wear in 2W1 Dawn
-CoverFX Custom Cover Drops in N35
-NYX HD Concealer in Light
-Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder
-Kat Von D Shade + Light Contour Palette (Sombre)
-Too Faced Love Flush Blush Palette (Baby Love)
-NYX Illuminator in Ritualistic

Brows:
-IT Cosmetics Brow Power
-Chella Defining Brow Gel

Eyes:
-Lorac Behind The Scenes Eye Primer
-Kat Von D Chrysalis Palette (Glasswing, Graphic Nature, Melancholia, Lunar Lights)
-Marc Jacobs Highliner Gel Crayon in Blacquer
-Lorac Pro Plus Fiber Mascara

Lips:
-Laura Mercier Creme Smooth Lip Color in Milky Way

I applied my primer focusing my cheeks and t-zone with my fingers. I put one pump of the Double Wear on the back of my hand, three drops of the Custom Cover Drops, mixed them with my finger, dotted all over my face, and blended with my Sigma F80. I applied my concealer under my eyes in a triangle, down the nose, and the Cupid's bow and blended with the RT Miracle Complexion Sponge. I set under my eyes with the RT Setting Brush and the rest of my face with the Danielle Powder Brush. I contoured my cheekbones, chin, and jawline with the RT Contour Brush. I applied my blush to my cheeks with the Danielle Blush Brush and applied highlighter to the tops of my cheekbones, down the nose, and the Cupid's bow with the RT Fan Brush.

I lightly filled in my brows with the pencil and set them with the gel.

I applied my eye primer from lash line to brow with my finger. I applied Glasswing above my crease with the ELF Blending Eye Brush. With the same brush I applied Graphic Nature into the crease and on the lower lash line. I applied Melancholia to the lid with the RT Base Shadow Brush. I applied Lunar Lights to the brow bone and inner corner with the ELF Defining Eye Brush. I applied my liner to my tight line and waterline and one coat of mascara on the bottom lashes and two on the top.

I applied my lip color straight from the tube.

First Impression: These eyeshadows were so pigmented and buttery smooth! They reminded me so much of Lorac shadows, which are my absolute favorites. Definitely need to create more looks with this palette and get more palettes from Kat Von D, it's amazing!

You always look so good in your LOTDs! How do you like the cover fx drops? Do you use them more for darkening/lightening foundation or adding coverage?
