Sorry rogaine is meant for hair loss but it can help with thinning as in less hair - but if you mean the individual strands are thinning then your best bet might be extensions.

Who ran your labs and what were they testing for? Did they test your thyroid? Often thyroids take more than one test to show up. I'd consult an Endocrinologist or a Derm that has a strong focus on hair/nails.

Have you been under a lot of stress? changed your diet? change of medication? had a baby recently? there are so many things that can effect hair growth. do you see any new growth coming in at the roots? that treatment won't help with anything. hair growth and loss comes from with in. there really isn't anything topical that you can use.

Rub olive oil in your scalp it will make it thicker and longer.

This is usually added with stress, maybe see a dermatologist. hope all goes well.
