I use MatchMaster SPF 15 foundation. I'm sure I'd match your skin colour and gives you a flawless finish!

DiorSkin Star in 010 is the perfect shade for myself (and I'm super pale) and it looks like your shade too, and it doesn't oxidise at all! Worth a shot, or ask a counter for a tester! I apply it with a real techniques sponge.

Have you tried the L'orèal true match super Blendable liquid foundation? There's quite a lot of shades, also the MUFE HD foundation has a lot of shades too you likely find a match with either or.

The Rimmel London Perfect Match in ivory is a beautiful fair shade and super inexpensive, I love it! If you want to go high end I suggest the Charlotte Tilbury magic foundation, the pale shades are stunning, it reduces redness, and has a really amazing finish!

If you have a Sephora near you go in and ask to be color matched. They have this super awesome gadget that takes a few pics of you face and gets the best idea of your skin tone. It's hard to tell for us what products to give you without actually being there in person.

I recommend trying a tinted moisturiser... exactly the same as foundation just feels lighter on your skin, also depending on the moisturiser you buy, it can get ride of scars/imperfections on your skin!
