Using a violet pigmented shampoo will def help but if its too bad I would say to a professional. Going lighter usually requires help! But shimmer lights is a good shampoo, my Kroger has it now but you may have to go to a place like Sally's

yes purple balances the color. go get some purple shampoo. and some blonde enhancing stuff like glazes and conditioner. i know lush carries some of these.

Toner and purple shampoo. Toner will help develop the orange into blonde and purple shampoo will strip your blonde of brassiness.
