So I'm new at contouring and highlighting and I have the glow up kit and also Sephora highlight lowlight face contour duo, and then I use my blending brush but every time I do it it's always looks awful... Any tips.

What blending brush do you use? I would recommend a skinny fluffy brush so you can really get that color in there for contour. Make sure you are placing it right and always blend upwards to "lift" your face! For highlighting, I like to use a fan brush and just dust the color on lightly!
