You are a dear. I'm glad if I can help. It leaves my hair soft and shiny. If you don't have a showercap, just rap it in Saran Wrap or any plastic cling wrap. It's a hair treat for certain. You can pick it up at an Aveeda salon if you have one nearby. Yelp or Foursquare should help locate one. Good luck!

I don't know your hairtype. Mine is thick, coarse, dry and highlighted and I have a lot of it. I like the Shea Moisture masks. They're not sleeping masks though. This is the one I used. I 1st tried it for 30 mins and my hair was too soft. I don't like the way my hair behaves when it's too soft. So I used it for 5 mins and I liked the results better. The one I used was on the section for heavy thick hair but there are other ones for fine to medium hair. The one I have.
