Help! I just got a call to come in for an interview later today. I have nothing professional to wear (I'm in high school.) I have a professional looking dress, but no good shoes to go with it. I do have simple flat black sandals, but I know that's not ideal. I also have another white dress, but it's more just lacy and pretty rather than professional. I do have some wedge heels that go with it. I have to go to school now, and the interview is basically right afterwards. What should I do?

I have no time to get anything. And the job is for grunt work (cleaning, moving tables, etc.)if that makes a difference at all. I know the choices are bad, but which is the lesser of the evils?

Do you have pictures? Right now the professional dress is sounding best. What color is it? If it's black, I would pick that one.

I'm not at my moms house right now which is where my clothes are and I don't remember the brands of the dresses. I'm sorry :(

Hmm I would go with the dark red dress then. But that's just me lol. Best of luck to you!

Do you have any blazers? And I wouldn't wear sandals to an interview.. You don't have any basic flats?

And if you let them know that you're coming straight to the interview from school then they should be way more understanding about the way you're dressed, good luck though 😊

Would the wedges match the red dress?

If you know more about the workplace then even dressing in a dress could be unnecessary. A nice blouse and nice pants should do.
