Paint them! Having that paint in your mouth won't taste so good lol so you'll learn to keep your nails out of your mouth! :) I believe there is also some type of polish out there that they make that tastes really bad just so you won't bite your nails ( I'm not really sure what it's called ) Also, keep your hands away from your face as much as possible. The closer they are, the more likely you will be to bite them.

My niece bites her nails often and found that wearing acrylics reversed her habit.
You could always try applying lots of hand sanitizer throughout the day. (It tastes super gross) lol and for the ingrown toenail I don't suggest doing it yourself but go to a salon and get a basic pedicure and they should instantly get them out. But if not just ask them too, most places will. And the feeling when those suckers are gone is the best 🙌🏼💕

Ingrown toenails are painful and can easily get out of hand..needing surgery. Often it is the result of incorrectly cutting the toenails. I'd see a reputable nail tech for a pedicure to get it under control.
For fingernails, they make a polish that tastes bitter to help curb biting.

The only thing that stopped me from biting my nails is painting them and as they grew out I liked how they looked and got rid of that habit :)

For the ingrown toenail. Put hydrogen peroxide in a cup and put your toe in the cup for about 5 minutes then gently dry it off. Put a bandaid on it and then repeat that for a few days. That's what I do if the ingrown toenail is infected
