Which highlighters do you own?
I get the best "wet" look with a dewy setting spray like MUFE mist&fix!

You can apply a cream highlighter such as watts up or jouer, or a liquid highlighter then apply a powder highlighter (to set and add more light) such as Mary loumanizer (this is such a blinding highlight lol)

With my highlights, I build. Like I'll start by putting concealer on the appropriate areas and then add a milani eyeshadow in Bella white, then I'll put on either opal by becca or soft & gentle by Mac. I love the wet look as well, and this has always worked nicely for me!

For everyday I use a light fan brush, but for building I would use a slightly thicker brush to pick up more product.
