I have slightly oily t-zone, and dry cheeks, forehead. and sensitive skin, i break out when I'm on my period, so i do get blemishes. what foundation do you peeps think i should try?

The Tarte Amazonian Clay foundation. I haven't tried the Kat Von D to compare though. I have sensitive skin as well as oily skin with dry patches. It covers everything beautifully, my redness, blemishes, and broken capillaries around my nose. It's also more of a liquid mouse texture so on good skin days or the summer you can sheer it down with moisturizer without it being too runny. I wore it past 12 hours and it didn't budge. Without touchups with powder my skin will look glowy as the day goes on, but not oil pouring down my face. It's also almost 2 oz! It will last you much longer than the Kat Von D one. I also have very pale skin, and the foundation matched me with no problem. The 2nd lightest one is a bit too pink toned for me. So, I'll definitely go fair next time since it's more of a neutral yellow tone.

I would recommend the absolute lightest. You have cool to neutral undertones in your skin. My pale skin is neutral, so depending on how strong the foundation under tone is I can go either red or yellow. The FAIR shade would be the best. If you can go to Sephora or Ulta they can match it right for you.

I do too! I ordered my foundation online at Tarte.com. I think you'd be safe with Fair. If it's a bit too light you can use bronzer to liven it up. They also give you free samples with your order. I chose the corresponding powder and that helps even extra to keep the foundation from getting oily on me. It's a 4g compact. I haven't even made a dent in it yet.

Your pictures are in natural lighting which shows your skin the best. I went to Sephora and saw the Kat Von D lightest foundation. It was almost white! I applaud on the shade range, but damn, that's a tough call to know the right match. Can you find any swatches online? That could probably help a lot. I can definitely tell that you have a neutral to yellow undertone. So, always look for that in the shade description. :)

Idk about Kat Von D but Tarte has a very natural line. Recommended for problem skin. Have you tried looking into products that are good for your skin? Because I'm not sure Kat Von D is the safest. I would recommend perfekt or cover fx. They are natural, non oil based products that are good for your skin. Also, try color corrector foundation. I feel like those are easier if you are not sure what color to choose.
