I love the eyes and the lips! Beautiful! But the eyebrows look overdone a bit.

With this look the regular guide on focusing on eyes or lips doesn't really apply since this look is known for the bold makeup.
You could go with that guide but I prefer not to.
I think it looks really good, I've done makeup for a couple of south Asian weddings and I think it looks good with the jewelry and sari.
If you want the look, in general to look less harsh then use a liquid or powder foundation instead of cream. I know a lot of artists in India like to use creams cause it really smooths out the skin and gives full coverage which is handy since the brides tend to want a lighter face with makeup.
For the eyes, you could try a gradient eye. A darker crease with a lighter color on the lid, there are different techniques but that seems to pop up a bit more.
Brows are usually bold too but you could try using a powder instead to get a softer look.
As far as the lips, bold always works.
As for YOUR look, I quite like it although it is less dramatic than I usually see but it is nice, love the lashes

The whole looks great! Especially the lashes- can you please tell me which ones they are?? And your make up does not look tacky :)

Another question: Are you wearing contact lenses?

I think this look look is supposed to be bold esp. eyes & lips. I've never seen this look with a nude lip, lol! If you're concerned with looking overdone, then I would go with a neutral blush.

And less angular brows. Those angular brows just doesn't go with this look. You can still do a strong brow, just with softer edges.

I'm arabic... hopefully I can help with the arabic makeup look category ;) the most important feature is dark black kohl or eyeline or smoky lids. and lashes.. the more attention you give to your eyes the softer and feminine the look is. with groomed "not overdrawn" eyebrows.. lips don't have to be slathered in bright colors.. you can wear a clear gloss or a lip tint or a nude lip works too. thats how I like to wear my makeup.

From all the arabic makeyp I've seen Dalal makes more sense. I've noticed they like to make the eyes pop! Eyes seem to be the main thing to go for.
