What is the best way to apply eyeliner? What brand eyeliner do you suggest?

it depends whether you want liquid or pencil. i have found a really easy way as a beginner was to use an eyeliner brush and a black eyeshadow. it makes it easier to apply straight to the lash line and adjust the thickness. x

If your a beginner and want to do a spear; use tap!! I know it sounds crazy, but when I did... It really helped. Use to stripes of tap. One on the bottom lid going up. And the second one on the top lid meeting the first one you put on. Now just fill it in. I hope this was helpful, cause it REALLY was for me at the start!

it will be easy if u use pencil liner. just draw roughly on your eyes and blend it with a brush before it dries :)

It depens on liquid or pencil but I use pencil do what I do us for my bottom pull down my skin and continue going back and forth
