I recently purchased the anastacia cream contour pallete and when I used it felt really heavy and it creased in my lines...I'm not very good with makeup...I love it but just not good at applying it...

Is this under your eyes? I use a cream contour palette (Revolution cream contour palette) and I use a little brush to apply in a V shape under my eyes then I use my finger to blend it in and around, I think the warmth of my finger helps melt it in.
I only use a little bit at a time and keep adding more and building the coverage as required until I have the desired result.
