Getting Rid Of Mascara?

I have really short eyelashes so i wear mascara every day but its so hard to take off! No matter what mascara or cleanser i use it takes aaages to come off and i have sensitive eyes so dont wanna be scrubbing my eyes too hard so any tips haha? :)
