I went from red to silver and it was miserable even though I went to a professional. I started trying to fade my color for a few weeks with clarifying shampoo everyday (and LOTS of conditioning treatments) which did make the transition a little bit easier

I think you should go brown.. Like a light brown... Going blonde is so harsh on your hair and keeping up with the roots suck.. However roots showing is "trending" right now. But it's just a lot of work and money going into your hair especially sense you're going from the red

Thats gonna take quite a few trips to the salon until it's completely stripped out, and red isn't an easy colour to take out, I would think about it some more, not only is it going to be exhausting and expensive, but it's also going to leave your hair in very poor condition.I would go for something less drastic, maby put a brown over it, or leave it as it is and grow it out.Sorry to put you off but just being honest.

It's gonna kill your hair, but if you do go for it, I suggest using Dircections silver hair dye, but if you leave it on too long your hair will go a light blue n.n
