Oh gd no! They're not even bags. They are just folds. Like earlobes, some people have them, some don't, and then there is photoshop. My two year old has them and she's well rested plump little baby. It's not a flaw any more than a dimple would be considered a flaw. Don't worry about it and try not to pick yourself apart. You're beautiful !!

This will sound weird but put a spoon in the freezer and then apply it to your under eyes. This helps reduce eye bags. These are not wrinkles. Don't worry.(:
