Very Oily Skin! Help!

Help! My face is an oily mess and I have to wipe it 3-4 times a day. I I wear makeup it gets oils after an hour and I use makeup products for oily skin :(

Have you tried using a matte makeup primer? Smashbox sells a great one. It helps!
