I have the same problem with static hair. What do I do with the dryer sheet, rub it over my hair?

Lol do you have to throw it in the dryer first for it to work?

No you just take it right out of the box and rub it on your hair. Another thing that works is buying static guard spray for clothes and spraying it right on your hair brush and brushing your hair. You can find it at Walmart, target, any drug store really!
