well i outline my brows in a super thin pencil, one that's made specifically for brows. i have one from maybelline. i do that so that way the shape of my eyebrows is more defined. i feel like the times that i just filled in my eyebrows with a angle brush and powder the shape didnt look super defined like i like em to be. if u end up using the pencil for outlining then use one thats like 1 shade lighter then your brow color, and make sure the eyeshadow that you use to actually fill them in isnt darker than your eyebrow color cuz then they'll look.. i dont wanna say fake but just more intense. and if you have your shade of eyeshadow or lighter you can always keep adding to make it darker if you wanted. after that you can do right under and on top of you eyebrow and add a little concealer to cover up any imperfections you made or just to give a little highlight around your brows to make them stand out more. sorry this is so long! hope it helped (:

I currently use Elf's Eyebrow Kit in Brown. I ownAnastasia's Duo Brow Powder, and it was okay, but I feel like the Elf Kit gives a more natural, undetectable look and can be used for defining, filling, completely drawing etc where the Anastasia Brow Powder is mainly just for filling.

I use a brown masacara for my eyebrows. and then I highlight under them with a nice highlighting color like Rice Paper by MAC to define them even more!

Shape my eyebrows with concealer, than brush them in place with anastasias brow gel. Let that dry and then fill in spots with the brow duo in medium ash. Lighter near the front of the brow, darker towards the end. Makes them look so natural and not drawn on.
