Makeup Advice For Fair Skin

I have really really fair skin, blonde hair, blonde eyelashes and blonde eyebrows. It's so hard for me to do much with makeup without it looking too heavy, but too little makeup and I look like a mole. Please leave some advice or pics on what works.
