I think your best bet would be getting a toner put on it at a salon, or getting some corrective color with some low lights. I'm not a hair stylist but I was blonde for a whole year and the biggest thing I learned was that doing blonde yourself can be a bad idea lol. And I would also get a purple or blue tone shampoo (John Frieda has one) to tone down any orange and yellow tones and give you a more natural shade. As far as the coffee dye goes. I'm not sure that it will give you much of a difference in color. It may tone it a bit but I don't know if your hair will absorb any color from it because its very blonde now.
