I did the keratin last June and haven't done shit to my hair since.i wash once or twice a week depending on if my hair is straight or not.dont really apply heat to hair often.when I'm natural, i put leave in conditioner and put it in a bun and leave it.i play with my hair a lot to stimulate growth but what am I not doing so that it grows healthy long and thick?HELP MY HAIR
