i had felt a bump on my lip last week and i kept messing with it and then it became a scab now its a little hole with brown in it i have one on my nose to is it blackhead how to get rid of it ASAP i have super sensetive skin i use aveeno face wash please help.

It might b a cold sore. If it is- use Carmex of Blistex. I would also recommend washing your face once a day and skip any makeup that might irritate it like foundation or powder.
